During busy periods, there will be a one parent to child ratio.
Q: Do spectators have to pay to come in?
Yes, there is a £1 charge per spectator.
Q: How long can my child play for?
Time is restricted to 90 minutes during busy periods, as well as in school holidays and weekends.
Q: Are there toilet facilities and changing areas in Amazonia?
Yes, we have both.
Q: Can I purchase food and drink at Amazonia?
Yes, we have a cafe selling hot and cold drinks and snacks.
Q: Will there be available high chairs for small children?
Yes, we have plenty of chairs available on a first come basis.
Q: Can I play with my child/children on the equipment?
Yes, we encourage adults to play with children, especially younger children, who must be supervised at all times.
Q: Can we bring our own food and drink into the cafe?
No, only food that is purchased in the cafe can be consumed on site.
